Koh Tral remains ours in our minds,
while its whole body melted away from Khmer land.
The Island ancestors took care of the territory
and the island was the inheritance of the ancestors.
It is unfortunate that we have lost this resource,
and this beautiful island is gone.
In history this island was Cambodia.
All generations of Khmer remember.
When the island will return to us
the long suffering will end;
our anger of the many years will be over.
We are waiting for that.
